An upholstered industrial bench is a breath of tradition in a modern home

The hall bench is becoming more and more a standard in houses and flats. There is nothing better than sitting down and comfortably tying your shoes, instead of crouching, bending down or looking for a patch of clean floor to kneel down. Our line of upholstered industrial benches has a chance to make benches even more popular. Our furniture is more and more often bought as benches for the living room, benches for the bedroom or for the dining room. Equally often, they become an attraction in the workplace as a bench for the office, study, law firm or as a bench for the waiting room.

It is true that loft-style benches are unique. And if we add soft upholstered seats to them, we get a beautiful, durable and practical bench for the living room. And no wonder - after all, the loft style, whose other name is the industrial style, originates from the very practical use of every square meter of cramped apartments, attics and attics.

The benches that are made in our company are still handmade to order, and each one is different and unique. However, they are connected with tradition by the best quality. And this is due to the use of the best materials, which in the hands of experienced craftsmen become a beautiful bench.

Upholstered loft bench requires the best steel

Loft furniture was made mainly of steel, sometimes of steel and wood. We keep this tradition, however, replacing raw wood with a very soft and comfortable upholstered seat. However, very good Polish carbon steel remains the basis. Thanks to it, we have designed and made several dozen types of frames for loft benches, from the simplest ones with standard legs to completely unique shapes, from the brilliant simplicity of a few pieces of steel to shelves and shelves for shoes and slippers.

To create an industrial upholstered bench, our craftsmen first weld metal profiles and rods. Profiles with a thickness of 2 millimeters make the furniture very stable and durable. During welding, we plug all the holes to make the bench look aesthetically pleasing. Grind and check welds after welding. They must be firm and should not have any sharp edges. The almost finished steel frame now needs to be sandblasted to make it smooth. The final stage is painting. We decided to paint with the powder method, which thoroughly covers the surface, does not leave stains, and is additionally safe for welds.

The construction of the bench seat also involves several stages. We always start with a thick furniture board. Having a strong base, we put upholstery foam on it. Our loft-style benches have seats that are 10 centimeters thick, and 7 centimeters of upholstery foam. Gives softness to our home furniture. You also need wadding to make the bench springy, keep its shape and make the whole thing safe for people and animals - wadding is hypoallergenic and dense. The fabric can be applied to such prepared and fitted materials.

Each stage of the creation of benches from our offer results from the work of experienced craftsmen. They weld the frame elements, they prepare the seat and finally they will put on the fabric that you choose for your bench. We took care of a very wide selection of fabrics, so you can choose from about 100 fabrics with many patterns. Our materials are very attractive and also differ in texture. In addition, you can choose an ecological leather upholstery in one of several colors.

Benches from our workshop are made on customer request, so you decide on the choice of fabric, you set the color of the steel frame, just like you choose the width and depth of the bench. Thanks to this, you can choose a fabric that is resistant to dirt and stains, resistant to tearing or resistant to flames. And the highest abrasion resistance and ecological character are all standard. This is evidenced by very high results in the so-called Martindale test (at least 40,000 cycles) and the Oeko-Tex certificate.
