DELIVERY AND ORDER STATUS


Why is the delivery time so long?
All our furniture is handmade and made to order. The delivery time is long because we put in every effort to ensure that the product coming out of our workshop is perfect.
 
How long will I have to wait for my order?
Check if the delivery time for your order has elapsed:
You can find the delivery time on the product page.

On the website: https://www.gigacalculator.com/ provide the order date and the number of working days. The delivery date will appear.
Please add the delivery time (1-3 working days) to the production time.


Order Status
If the delivery time for your order has passed, and you haven't received a tracking code, use the contact form and include the order number from the first email to expedite the verification process and check the status of your order.
My delivery hasn't arrived - what should I do?
Please note that for courier deliveries, the chosen delivery date during the order placement is indicative. The final delivery date will be informed to you separately by HERMES when they have your package. If your package hasn't arrived despite confirmation from the courier company, contact HERMES directly to track your shipment.
How can I cancel my order?
If your order has not been paid yet, it will be automatically canceled within 24 hours. If your order has been paid, please cancel it as soon as possible by using the contact form. All our furniture is handmade and made to order, so we request quick communication via the contact form.
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs are and always will be free.

PAYMENT


Payment failed - what should I do?
If your online order payment fails due to an error or technical issues, we encourage you to place the order again.

It happens that payment for an order fails. In such a situation, try to place the order again. The previous unpaid order will be automatically canceled within 24 hours.

If you are unsure whether the payment was successful, please check your email inbox. The order confirmation should be sent to your email address within 2 hours of a successful transaction. Make sure that our email did not end up in the SPAM folder. Also, check whether the funds have been deducted from your account.

Can I pay for my order upon delivery?
Unfortunately, this is not possible.

Is the product assembled?
Depending on the product model, it will be shipped either fully assembled or with assembly options. You can find this information on the product page in the SPECIFICATIONS tab.
What are the dimensions of the product?
Information about the dimensions can be found on the product page in the SPECIFICATIONS tab.
What is the width of the product?
Width refers to the longest side of the furniture.

What is the depth of the product?
Depth refers to the shorter side of the furniture.
It is represented as B in the illustration below:
What do the leg models look like?
Each product has matching leg models, which you can find on the product page in the LEGS tab.
Where can I find fabric samples?
Each product has associated fabrics, which you can find on the product page in the FABRICS tab. If you are unsure about a particular fabric, you can order samples from this page: fabric samples
Can I choose any furniture size?
Yes, at no additional cost, we can make the furniture in your chosen size within the available widths on the product page. If you want your bench to be 127 cm wide, order a product with a width of 130 cm and specify the width you want in the notes.
