Out of love for furniture and for myself

Hi, it’s us – Lucas and Camilla. A couple united by a love of beautiful interiors and good design.

Lucas – a man brimming with ideas, a visionary and someone who can draw inspiration from literally anywhere.
Camilla – she ensures harmony and order, and makes sure everything runs as it should. Together, we run Bench4Home – a small, family-run workshop where every piece of furniture is crafted with people in mind, rather than a production line.

From the workbench to the workshop

It all started quite innocently. Brother Lucas made furniture – beautiful and sturdy pieces – which, however, were sold exclusively locally, without any online advertising.

Lucas, who was working for a large company at the time and knew the world of e-commerce inside out, decided to bring these two worlds together. After work, whilst still in full-time employment, he set up his own online shop – selling just one product: a quilted bench.

A few good photos, some well-thought-out marketing, and the first orders started coming in faster than he’d expected. The business was in full swing, and Łukasz decided it was time to go all in.

He quit his job, bought some equipment, rented a small cottage measuring 50 m² and started building something of his own.

That is how Bench4Home came into being – initially as a tiny workshop, and today as two production facilities with a combined area of 500 m². A place full of passion, the scent of wood and discussions about projects.

    It sets the pace of the work. It takes care of every stage of the collaboration –  from the initial contact through to delivery.

    She makes sure the online shop looks beautiful and authentic. She showcases the furniture in such a way that you can easily fall in love with it

    She handles orders and liaises with customers. She has a soft, soothing voice and the patience of a saint.
