Out of love for furniture and for myself
It all started quite innocently. Brother Lucas made furniture – beautiful and sturdy pieces – which, however, were sold exclusively locally, without any online advertising.
Lucas, who was working for a large company at the time and knew the world of e-commerce inside out, decided to bring these two worlds together. After work, whilst still in full-time employment, he set up his own online shop – selling just one product: a quilted bench.
A few good photos, some well-thought-out marketing, and the first orders started coming in faster than he’d expected. The business was in full swing, and Łukasz decided it was time to go all in.
He quit his job, bought some equipment, rented a small cottage measuring 50 m² and started building something of his own.
That is how Bench4Home came into being – initially as a tiny workshop, and today as two production facilities with a combined area of 500 m². A place full of passion, the scent of wood and discussions about projects.
It sets the pace of the work. It takes care of every stage of the collaboration – from the initial contact through to delivery.

If the delivery time has already passed and you still haven’t received an email with your parcel tracking code, please get in touch with us via the contact form. Please remember to include your order number in your message (you’ll find it in your order confirmation email) – this will help us check the status of your parcel more quickly!

Please note that the delivery date shown when you place your order is an estimate. DPD will inform you of the exact delivery date in a separate message as soon as the courier has collected your parcel from us. If you have already received a notification from the carrier but your parcel has still not arrived, it is best to contact DPD’s customer service team directly – they will be able to check and confirm the current location of your order most quickly.

If your order has not yet been paid for, you do not need to do anything – our system will cancel it automatically after 24 hours. However, if you have already paid for your order, you can cancel it up to 2 days after payment. As all our furniture is handmade to order, if you change your mind, please contact us as soon as possible via the enquiry form!

It depends on the specific model! Some of our furniture is shipped fully assembled (ready to be set up straight away after unpacking), whilst other items are designed for simple, self-assembly. You’ll always find detailed information on this in the description on the page for the product you’ve chosen.

We fully understand that the best way to assess the colour and texture of a fabric is to see it in person! If you’re unsure which upholstery fabric to choose, we encourage you to order our fabric samples to be sent straight to your home. Can I choose a custom size for the furniture?
Yes, and we’ll do it for you at no extra cost! We’d be happy to make the piece in a perfectly tailored size, provided it falls within the ranges listed on the product page. If you need a bench that’s, say, 127 cm wide, simply add the next larger size (i.e. 130 cm) to your basket, and enter the exact dimensions you require in the order notes. We’ll take care of the rest!

There are two simple ways to install our wall panels – choose the one that suits you best!
Method 1: Using hangers. The mounting brackets are already fitted to the back of the panel. All you need to do is buy some screws and wall plugs suitable for your type of wall, measure the spacing between the brackets, and simply hang the panel.
Method 2: Using glue. If you prefer to stick the panel in place, first remove the black backing from the back of the panel. Then apply the mounting adhesive directly to the hardboard and press the panel firmly against the wall.

Technical issues do sometimes occur! If your payment hasn’t gone through, it’s best to simply place your order again. You don’t need to worry about your previous, unpaid basket – our system will automatically cancel it within 24 hours. If you’re not sure whether the transaction was successful, check your bank statement and your email inbox. We always send an order confirmation within 2 hours of a successful payment (it’s worth checking your SPAM folder too).

Of course, we offer this option! Choosing cash on delivery incurs an additional charge of 25 zł. To use this service, simply tick the ‘cash on delivery’ option when selecting your payment method in your basket.
