MAKING A COMPLAINT

If you want to file a complaint about a product, you can do so in several ways:

1) by writing to the email address: shop@bench4home.co.uk (including the following information: name and surname, email address or correspondence address, phone number, product number, reason for the complaint, purchase date, and description of the defect)

2) by calling the contact number: (+48) 795 442 449

If the information provided in the complaint needs to be supplemented, we may request additional details before processing the complaint.

Complaints will be processed within 14 days of receiving them in the correct form. We will send a response to the provided email address or contact you by phone.

Just remember to ensure secure packaging of the product (protecting it from any mechanical damage) so that it reaches us undamaged and packed in a manner similar to what you received from us (IMPORTANT: a rectangular box). In case of sending the goods in a manner inconsistent with the above guidelines, we are not responsible for any damage or loss.

RETURN OF GOODS


In accordance with the current law, you have 14 days to return the goods. To cancel the contract and return a product purchased from us, please contact us by email, wait for confirmation from us, and then complete the required Return Form and send it to our address along with the returned product/products:

The return of the item by the consumer should be made without delay, no later than 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, just as the return of funds by the Seller. However, the Seller may withhold the refund until the item is received.

In accordance with the law, goods made to individual order (created according to the Consumer's specifications or to meet their individual needs) are not subject to return.

We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments or returns that have not been reported and confirmed by us by email.

All products in the bench4home store are made to individual order. The company does not have stock items. After placing an order from an extensive range of options, we proceed to fulfill it according to the product's available delivery time.
